Great ATH replica bumpers

Painted and mounted, and trying the 'silver mesh' look - I have a powder coating gun and will probably do them in black - but you know what they say "once you powder coat black, you can't go...." never mind!
These are the only pics you will be seeing until the temperature rises above minus 25*..............

The bottom of the piece has a large lip, for a nice clean attachment to the undertray, with no black line like the stocker.
I used nice big (3mm x 6mm) plastic removable rivets for the heavy lifting along the bottom.
The aluminum bar is attached to my intercooler, not part of the bumper.
(If you have any comments on my 'three-strake' mod, save them for a seperate thread.)
On the whole, it's a solid, quality piece, with a great individual look!

The only fitting I had to was trimming the holes a bit to accomodate the corner lights - there was no building-up needed anywhere.
The grilles were nicely finished and wires were attached around the openings for fitting, and all the edges were a very consistant thickness.
I haven't seen a lot of kits, but I'd find it hard to improve on the quality of this one........

Last call
It is my last call with this project. I am loosing more time answering to PM than money done by sales. I have 3 grilles left so want to make a final blow out sale for 3 bumper+grille.
