Arrow Great ATH replica bumpers

FINAL SALE, FINAL SALE, FINAL SALE, FINAL SALE, FINAL SALE, FINAL SALE, FINAL SALE, FINAL SALE

I have the feeling to loose my time on this project so I decided to make a final sale for 3 bumper&grille (3 grilles left) and I will close this project.

SO IT IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO GET THIS BUMPER AND THERE WILL BE ONLY 5 IN THE WORLD...

PM me for details.

1-...
2-...
3-...
/************************/

Here is a new bumper based on the ATH look. We use the ATH air trap design, but try to respect more the original curves instead of sharp edge as ATH. I personnaly found the ATH side air trap a bit too large so decide to reduce it by adding a clear corner integrated into the bumper shape just on the top of the air trap (but could be modified to remove it for few $$$ more if prefer to keep the ATH look).

So you can see the results on these pictures.

So I now have the mold for this baby and would like to know if someone could be interested.

This is a high quality bumper that will fit very very well, using the exact same method and brackets as the OEM. The bumper will arrive on primer so only need to be trial fit, adjusted if required, sanded and painted (the one on the picture have no modification after molding, so the fit is as the picture after the molding).

The material is fibreglass but we use 2 different resin. The resin used for the higher part of the bumper is very strong to have good fit and to make sure it keep its geometry, but the resin used for the lower part (lip) is a much more flexible resin to allow deformation.

The leadtime for 10 piece production will be around 2-3 weeks.

Metal grilles as shown is also available, but need to add screw post to fix the grille to the bumper. It comes in Stainless steel so need to be painted if you want it black as mine.

I personnaly think it is the best bang for the buck to get the ATH look for a much lower price.

Very similar, but few difference like the corners integrated to the bumper and more curves instead of flat angle.

No, it is not just a lip, it is a complete front bumper sculted in one piece and used to perform a mold. And now I can mold new complete front bumper.

Just make sure the image is hosted somewhere, and then click the little picture in the reply box that looks like a couple mountains with a yellow background. It will ask for the link to the image in a popup box, paste the link in there. Voila, you have posted a picture.

looks EXACTLY the same to me as the one lKoRTy posted.... I see no additional "curves" or anything. only difference I see is the foglights. those being sold with the bumper?

Thanks for your comments guys. I will post new pics soon, you will better see the differences (curves instead of flat panels with sharp edges).

Close to the ATH, but I let it go for less than half the price of the ATH...

the difference appears to be the bumper portions between the center and side grills. looks more curvey to me.

If you have the resources to make a custom front bumper, why dont you make this one?

Maybeashinka: I fall in love with the ATH exept few little things like the sharp edges that didn't fit with the curves of the car and also the side air opening way too big... So I modified it. The one you show me look very close to the mazdasport, but I prefer the mazdasport, so no interest for me to do one.

Saynotopistons: pretty close to ATH, exept the sharp edges removed, and I continied the fender curve, compared to ATH that need to modify the fender to have a great fit. And buy the way, ATH cost a lot, I will probably be less than half price.

Alucard, thanks for the comments. Effectively, for the moment, even if it is close to the ATH model, I am the only one in the world to get this one. But I want to the opportunity to everyone of you to get one if interested. The grilles is in stainless painted black (dont want rust issues). It was designed and punched for this application. I will also offer grilles in the group buy.

Thanks for your comments
