The Front Grill...

So i bought some decent LEDs and was gonna put them in the front grill... Well the grill is only half way "see through" the top half is where the lincense plate would screw in. I say the styrafoam behind it and pick at it for a sec and it wasn't budging... So I was wondering before I do anything too drastic does the plastic lincense plate holder behind the grill come off?

If you really want to do this...
There is a large metal bumper bar behind the Styrofoam. If you pull off the nose cap you can unscrew the fasteners for the styrofoam and install what you want in the 1/2" void. you will have to open the plastic in the grill with a Dremel tool or similar.

Being different I can understand, putting lights on a stock bumper to gather attention is a different story.
