Hey can you please tell us how much have you lowered your 8??I want to see how much clearance there is with a stock setup in the coilovers....

Also i see the stock exhaust...I have the greddy sp2 and i don't want the rear bumper to melt...I have seen another replica to melt...Is there something we can do??For the colour hight temp colour but is there a chance the fiberglass to melt???

Well no exhaust melting problems, but then again is the stock exhaust and I got plenty of clearance for the rear spoiler. I might have the same problem as someone did in the forum if I upgrade to an aftermarket exhaust, we'll see.

The car was drop with tanabe's 1.4 front, 1.2 rear.

Looks like the greddy tips would be a real tight fit.

Nemesis8 - I'm still in the process of fabricating a bracket so I can mount the fog lights.

Intrigue 8 - Yes there are couple of veilside emblems, I'm trying to get them done with carbon fiber look vinyl, I'll post pics when I get them done.

Said7 - yes, when I get time I'll measure the exhaust holes on the kit to let you know how much clearance you might have.

This is just further proof that almost all kits look good on Sunlight Silver. Good call on the MS spoiler...just enough height to complement the kit.
I love lamp.

Yeah, I've seen this kit in couple other cars with different color, and did not completely attracted me, but when I installed it on my car, It's really a big difference.

Might wanna paint the exhaust area of the kit black too...
So it looks more like a proper diffuser rather than a plasticky looking extension of the bumper.

There's more than just 5-6 people. Not sure where you are rx8spiritR, but here in Los Angeles area, I know of 12 Veilside kits alone... 5 real kits, 7 replicas. I highly doubt that there are only 5-6 in the entire US.

I "might" paint the rear difusser on mine, but if I do, it will be either, low gloss black, or gunmetal like the MS kit. Don't really like the Shiny Glossy Black, Still undecided!!!

Push the rear wheels out a tad bit, i would have painted some parts of that kit black (rear valance, front lip, etc).... Other than that it's pretty crazy :D

ElusiveFX,

Trust me, the rear wheels are as far out they can without rubbing. But I'm thinking about bringing the front ones out about 5mm.
