exhaust trim - quick question

hey guys...quick question...

How do I pull these plastic thingies out?? I tried pulling them. I tried pushing them out from the top. Nothing seems to work. I don't want to force it too hard since they're plastic. I don't want them broken off... ...tips?? suggestions??

Thanks in advance!

get a thin surface blade wedge in the seem of the center cap and pop it out, if you can get to it the post is a self setting post you can squeeze it and that should help it slide out

It takes quite a bit of force to get them out. Just keep trying.....you'll get them off eventually.
