hey i was just wondering about painting the center of my engine cover. i plan on using the duplicolor vinyl paint unless somebody can recommend something else. please help

Go with a high temp paint, there will be less of a choice in color but it will last longer...
And take you time with the prep work itll show,,, I spent about an hour and a half taping off the text and triming the tape and about 20mins painting it up ...

remember, its all in the prep work, spend some time double checking all your cuts and take your time with it the painting is the easy part...

any automotive paint followed with clear coat will work fine as well

 

I did kinda of the oppisite painting under my hood, but I used Dulpicolor hight heat caliper pait with ceremic and it worked great.

no that looks good i actually just picked up some of the duplicolor high temp so i'll post pics when done thnx for all the help guys
