DIY Aero Flares?

Has anyone put together a DIY for installation of aero flares? I couldn't find one thru search.

I've installed the front and rear splash guards. Are the aero flares any more difficult?

I'm not sure about the splash guards, but the rear aeros you have to take off the rear bumper. Its not terribly difficult, just take your time and see it through.
