Angry dicoloration in paint

found a black spot on my titanium gray. would that be covered under manufacture defect? how long do you think it will take for them to fix the problem? maybe they will get out the scratches and stuff also. well im bringing it in the shop tomm. hopefully they will fix it. but should be covered right? thanks for the help. :D

Depends on the age of the car, but yes, if it's indeed a paint defect caused by the factory, they'll cover it.
