The Dent Guy - DFW

Well, I acquired my first really hefty door ding, actually two, mid door passenger side. I spent the night nearly in a vomiting state and next day thought to check the forum here and I saw one mention of a dent repair company here in Dallas/Fort Worth area so I figured I would call, couldn't be worse, right? My ding was about the size of a half dollar with a midline vertical crease and the other dime sized.

I search www.dentguynetwork.com and find a local office and made the call, within minutes "John" from the company called me and made an appearance. He quoted me like $60 to repair the panel and told me I would be very happy. Within minutes he had 80% of the dent gone. I was amazed, he told me about 20 minutes, but he spent an hour and it was TOTALLY gone. It was all done from inside the window slot in the door. He was very good and a perfectionist. I looked at it from all angles and even today I do not know exactly where the dent was, only the general area.

So in short, if you have a dent, any size even creased call and ask for John. He is on my speed dial.

I've gone to "the dent guy" as well and he fixed me up GREAT!

I had 3 dings of medium severity from ******** in parking lot and after about an hour he had me with a 100% dent free car. There is one that was BAD in my right rear quarter panel and looks like a golf ball hit it or something he had it 99% gone to the point where i cant really tell anything was there.

Definetly a good guy and a perfectionist and definetly going back to him if i need to in the future.

Wonder if he is the same guy that goes by the dealerships? My car is at the dealership today and while it is there for service, the dent guy is supposed to be coming by (he comes by on Wednesdays) to take a look at it. I told them that for $60, tell him to at least try to fix it even if he doesn't think that he can get all the creases out. Thus far I have been quoted for repairs by body/paint shops that all say that they will have to smooth it out with polymer then paint over it which I am not fond of. It is at least worth it to try the paintless fix first!!

Just called "The Dent Guy" to get his full name, it is John Carmody. Ask for him, he is the best!
