Chipped door moulding

I chipped the black moulding on the driver's side door, the black strip above the door handle that's part of the window frame. It happened when it scrapped against a post in underground parking.

Does anyone know what's the best way to repair it? Is there some sort of filler or putty? Or just black touchup paint? I didn't scratch the door luckily, but the moulding is scraped off so I can see the red door underneath. The damage is about an inch long.

Thanks!

Take it off and tell the dealer that while traveling at 90 mph, the piece flu off the car. Im sure they will replace it under warranty....
