Pretty clean. I like it!

 

Are you getting this kit on YOUR car? If so how is fitment? If I pay for a body kit I want to be able to install it without a lot of sanding/bondo-ing and fitment issues right out of the box.

 

That would actually be the best thing ever!!

Dam the rear bumper is nice!!!!! As far as the front goes, i think that White and black 8's are the only color that can justify this body kit, someone photoshop colors and prove me wrong.

And again I say, how was the install? Did all pieces fit properly without extra modification? Are all the holes pre-drilled? I see the white RX-8 has black mesh the Gray one does not. Is mesh included with the kit? And also this kit looks AWESOME!

 

no one knows exactly how the kit fits. If you look though the whole thread you will see the grey car is the one that was used for the shaping of the body kit. the white car is the grey car after completion. if its like most c west kits fitment should be very good and everything will be included. Also the price will be up there as it is jdm and all the shipping and such. based on their other kit around 2 for the full kit in the end

 

I don't think they are the same car. The Gray 8 has a factory spoiler and 2-tone seats and no mesh, the White 8 has a mazdaspeed wing and as good as I can see from the pics single color seats. Also I was asking the original poster about the kit because I am guessing his car is the gray one and obviosly he has insider information about the development of this kit. JDM? They have a shop in California?

 

That is not the OPs car so noone know what fitment is like.

i talked to c west usa. they said they are working on a shipment now from japan due in late august begining of september. it must be bought throught a dealer not direct from them

i would paint that little line at top of the front opening flat black.

 

i kinda like the rear, as stated back couple pages, its like a modified stock bumper.

i dont believe any vendor will carry this kit. you have to go through a c west dealer. I even talked to yuki at japan parts with no luck.

 

White pulls it off nicely

 

I think so far it looks best on white....hoping a picture of one in winning blue gets posted soon...
