bumber removal help

Sorry if I'm being a fool. But I couldn't find anything on how to take my front bumper off and what tools I need. So I can put in my new putco h7 bulbs. Help please

yes. I saw this one. He's comments said "in doing this the wrong way" lol and nothing about tools. My rx8 is in the shop so I can't see what size bolts is holding the number up

10mm socket and a phillips head screwdriver is all you need. And door panel remover or something to pry the push clips out. Seriously man, if you can't figure it out by looking at it then you probably have no business near a toolbox.
