Yeah, they do that from time to time. It's caused cheap gaskets. It's warranty work, or if you're out of warranty, an easy DIY to take the tail light apart and fix the gasket.
There are some excellent how to's on this site about how to do it.

Man zorro, I really hope you realize just how nice all these responses are. There have been a ton of posts on taillight condensation, all you have to do is use the little search function at the top of the page. To save yourself a lot of grief in the future you may consider using it, as the crowd won't always be this nice.

Went out this morning to find my passanger side one all fogged up inside. It lasted 3 years so I guess that's not to bad. I called the service dept. and they have new units in stock. I get it replaced Thursday.

Yeah, I just took mine in for this problem earlier this week. They didn't have new tails in the shop, so they are ordering them for me, but it's all warranty work.
Buying a new gasket would work - but why should you pay $60 to fix a problem that they should fix for free?
I'm debating asking if they'll let me keep the old set too - but I am not getting my hopes up.

Look at the person who laughed at your stupidity that posted right after me (Post #3 if you are not smart enough to even scroll up the page and look at it). That's right, he's an admin. An admin also laughed at your stupidity.
