I have a blue rx-8 with the veilside body kit. I would like some kind of protection for the front bumber of the body kit. Does anyone have any suggestions??? You will end up paying a pretty penny but you can find a clear bra installer that will do custom work. I have the Veilside Front Lip and they don't make a clear bra just for the front lip...so I found a guy to custom fit one on there for me. Well worth the cost to save you the headache of knicks and scratches.

mine has tons of nicks so I have to repaint it

 

It is a good idea to make sure you have no knicks and scratches on the bumper when you get a clear bra on. If you do, I say just wait out until you figure you need to repaint. Then repaint it and get the bra installed.

 

just drive the car hard, and repaint the bumper in few months that's how i roll.

 

we talkin about $$$-$$$$ number's. depends on if you just want the kit or if you want the fenders, and the hood, too. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
