Blue lights..

I was wondering if somebody could assist me in finding blue low beams and fog lights.. I have bought 3 different pairs of fog lights all claiming to be blue and they are simply tinted blue and just a bright white no different than the stock bulbs..

I haven't attempted the low beams because of how much of a hassle they are to change.. I don't think I can legally go above 10k but 8k is what I would like to get ahold of..

here is one pair of low beams I was looking at.. I just would rather find something someone can vouch for on being authentic blue and looks very good even running during the day..

Okay so I found this site...

http://www.vvme.com/single-beam-hid-....html?cPath=15

Can anyone vouch for them?

If so should I do 6k or 8k?

Also I was told by a Mazda dealership if I take off my front bumper to do the headlights I wont be able to ever get that bumper back on the same way it was.. theres no way thats true is it lol? I heard and have seen myself that the rx8 bumper is actually pretty simple. I dont want to use the behind the wheel method because I don't have the time to be breaking any ballasts or anything near that headlight in such a cramped space lol.

I'd personally try a more reputable source, even if it costs more. Try the site I linked to below, they sell DDM kits and bulbs so you can match your headlights and fogs. They also sell 8000k and 10,000k if you want lots of color.

If you are OK with 6000k, V-LEDS sells bulbs and kits too.

Yea, I have the HID's from the RPM store. Best $100 I've ever spent. 6000k HID's and v-leds 6000k fogs & parking lights. I need to install the fogs though.. It's a mission.

Thank you for the advice... if vvme doesn't work out ill buy from v-led.. I already ordered 8000k low beams but im still going to order side marks, parking lights, and a fog hid kit... that way I can just do all the lights at the same time while I have my front bumper removed.

too long..?
Do I just need to be careful when putting the bulb in the fog light?
or is there something I have to do to make it fit properly?

I will if they ever get here lol.. its been 8 days now and still haven't come in the mail >.<

they may be too long and hit the reflector that is inside the fog light housing. if that is the case, take a set of needle nose pliers and either push the reflector forward until the bulbs fit, or squeeze them out of the housings completely.

I received the lights today.. I must say.. I will not buy from them again.. the package is COMPLETELY crushed.. the bulbs and wiring appears to be in perfect condition but the TINY package they were squeezed in (with no padding) was smashed.

I will test the bulbs in a bit to make sure they work properly and have not been broken but it will come as no surprise to me if they are completely unusable.

will NOT be buying from vvme again.
