Interesting, Sam, that while you claim to be in Orange County, and your customer in Cal ( with a UCLA delivery ), and JOndemand is registered to a SoCal based company; you haven't included 7.25% Cal State Tax in your quote ( a commercial code requirement when quoting, surely ?)
