Okay so here's the story first... I'm on my home getting ready to open the gate (i live in a gated community) when i reach for my remote and realize it wasn't there. I wait on the sidelines until someone else comes to open the gate. someone does come, and pulls up to the gate, opens it but doesn't go in. instead he backs up and leaves, but the gate is closing so i wait for someone else. i thought maybe i could squeeze through because the gate was partially open, but it didn't look like i would make it . as i was backing up the same car gets behind me. i can see in the rear view that the guy is writing down my plate number, so i pull to the side and ask why he's doing that. he asked if i lived in the community and i said yes, I told him my address and showed him proof or residency. I also told him i didn't have my gate opener. so, he begins to tell me he was writing down my plate number because some people have been pushing the gate open and breaking it, and he didn't want any riff raff going into the community. while we were talking, someone opens the exit gate and before i could move my car, the gate hits my fender and is stuck for a few minutes. the car that opened the exit gate just leaves without any apologies, and the guy i was talking to get out and pushes the gate to the side so i can get my car out. I couldn't move it because the gate was stuck on my fender and wheels. after a few minutes we were able to get the gate off the car, but the damage was done. by not letting my the did exactly what he was trying to prevent. the gate broke anyway and now my cars fender is messed up along with the wheels. all he could do was apologize, offered to ask around if he knew any good body shops. he also talked to my aprents to tell them i did nothing wrong. ironic isn't it?

so does anyone know anyone good body shops, that can help me out for a decent price? someone help me , make my 8 beautiful again.

OUCH! Painful... Sorry to see that man. Are you going to go through with your insurance company? or avoid them? That's at least a 800-1000+ damage...

800-1000 worth of damage? you gotta be sh*tting me... damnit we'll see later on today. i found out a friend of mine owns a shop and he's coming to take a look at it. let's hope the damage isn't as extensive as we think.
