Alternatives to autolumination leds?

Well I've gone through two sets of autolumination leds for my parking lights and I'm done with them. My last one only lasted for 3 months. Its there any high quality leds out there? No ebay or generic crap. Any recommendations will be helpfull.

the parking lights produce a lot of heat and that is the enemy of leds. i had some burnt out so i just went incandescents.

Don't you need to put in a load resistor?

That will solve your problem, no?

Well, this is an eBay vendor but I like what they sell.

I use their high power amber LED bulbs as my corner lights and the superwhite ones as the parking lights.
