All flat black?

So Ive been thinking for a while of painting my 8 all flat black, but still haven't really committed on it. What do you guys think? My friend says he'll take out all the dings and properly paint my car for 700 bucks!

flat black that looks good is hard to achieve... but when it's done right it's hella sexy!

can your friend do a good job of it?

Well, prove us all wrong and do it. If he does a great job you will have a legit original RX-8. I once had a paint job done on my RSX by someone other people vouched for and the guy completely fucked up my car trying to add a pearl to the factory Acura color. He also worked a huge well known shop. I ended up just selling the car at a loss.

well, i hope its a really good friend.

$700 is difficult for any paint job.

Does he have access to a booth? 1 terrible thing about flat jobs are you CANT sand/buff. If there is any trash in the paint, you'll have to live with it.
