has any of you seen the kit in person?.....how can you judge it then?...it is very rare and i know of one person in the US that has it....he lives in philly and has it on a black 8....the car up close is very nice.....the kit is an extremely aggressive one and is a matter of personal taste.....check the northeast threads for rotorfest and you will see some pics of it if your interested rx_king6668

Super aggressive kits make a statement and are only acceptable if the car can back-up that statement with performance. A n/a RX8 cannot back-up that statement so it comes off looking rice.

the kit is a matter of personal taste yes, i went with most of that kit, except for the humungo spoiler and insane nose.. i dont know how to put pictures on here, so i can show you my car.. but the side skirts give the car the appeal that is should have in mind, and the back bumper though i didnt get the carbon rear diffuser and you can see my exhaust, accents the the rear fenders and just looks good. im on the cardomain website.. it says 2004 mazda rx-8 blah blah blah.. its a picture of my car getting pulled over if anyone is interested as to what the kit looks like.

I am interested in seeing more of the rear piece of this kit. There aren't many pictures of this. But from what I have seen, I am interested.

It might be okay, if they would only completely redo the front bumper.

Close-out Kit has been *Sold*

We supplied the Black kit that's in Philly and it's one of those items that looks better on the Car than it does in pictures;

If you want a quote to destination, we can add this Kit to our June container shipments, and deliver to your door, Tax paid

Let me know the Zip Code of your delivery address and we'll quote you to there

Stop The Negative Till You See In Person

OK STOP THE PRESSES

DAMMIT YOU GUYS SUCK
BACK OFF UNTIL YOU SEE IT IN PERSON!!!

OK I am the person with the Abflug kit in Philly. This is a kit that I agree with some points made:

1. Very aggressive. Pictures on line DON'T do it justice.
2.There are 2 style wings a low and a HIGH... personal choice but I went low.
- the wing only sit 3" off the trunk lid however when installed the trunk base is enlarged and exstended over the rear.
3.it is true that the kit is more a matter of taste. was deffinately for me but don't do it up cheap. I had the side panels molded to the body to make it flow with the body lines more, also had the rear deck/trunk molded into one piece unit and then had the license plate spot that is open in the kit molded shut.
installed the original emblems back on so that the front end didn't look so bare.

4. as for the C.F. side vent pieces that come with it. my car was black and those pieces weren't for me. as for the side markers being removed... you can fabricate like I am doing a light bar for the blinkers behind the side vents.

Thanks for your kind words, and it was a pleasure to deal with you also!

If I can add, I was particularly impressed with the quality of this Kit, ( we've shipped 100's of Kits over the Years ) and I believe BLACKOUT; you commented that preparation for painting and fitment issues were at a minimum with this Kit, that all saves time and money in the Shop!

BLACK is the most unforgiving Color too, and will show any problems. This is one Kit that the Body Shop wouldn't have pulled their hair out over preparing for painting Black
