mm base calibrations

ok just finished putting my turbo kit in and installed the MM FI base calibrations and have a question about the greddy type rs blowoff valve. Ok i know that i still need to wait for the updated map from MM to get the car running right but the blow off valve is sounding kinda off. There is a high pitch noise coming from blow off valve. i can tighten it or losen it and the crazy high pitch noise is still there. how do i get rid of this or will the new MM maps take care of this. But if i adjust the blow off valve at idle it seems to be working like it should, its only when im cruising

here is a video i made of the high pitched noise

sounds like maybe the seal in the blowoff valve is leaking

Ya, seal might be leaking or you need to tighten the top screw. Id venture to say its the seal, and air is escaping out the side, might not be sitting flush in the flange. MMs tunes will not fix a mechanical fault.

hmmm checks the blowoff valve and everything seems good, even switched blowoff valve (that my buddy had on his) and im still hearing it. I think it might becoming from the turbo, maybe something is loose and air is escaping, seems like it is happening while building boost

well found the culprit. It was mechanic error (me)....lol the 2 bolts that go to the turbo that hold the compression pipe on, well one of them wasnt screwed all the way in, so i guess that air was escaping. So if you ever hear this high pitch noise it could possibly be this compression pipe.
