Under "policies, warranty, and FAQ sticky" at the top of the page, you'll find.......

What if I do not like it, and want to return it?"
If you are not satisfied, we will accept a return.
You need to contact us and request this return within 15 days of your receiving the unit, for this to apply.

Shipping costs remain at your expense.
When we are contacted we will try to resolve the issue, and if not successful, we will issue you an RMA # for return.
Upon receipt of the kit back, in good order, within 10 days of issuing the RMA #, we will refund your money, by the method that you have paid us.

I hope it hasn't been 15 days yet!!!

Ok email sent for a return or a possible downgrade for the lower flashes as my dealers will not flash me to m no matter what tsb I have. I am under the 15 day limit.

I will keep you guys posted as to what happens.

I think all in all these are good guy's (I will let you know for sure after there response) trying to help us out that did not forsee all the problems that are occuring. I dont think they would have sold the units knowing they would not be plug and play for all cars if they thought otherwise.

It will be interesting to see how they handle this new challenge of getting this units straightened out and have them truley be plug and play as advertised.

I dont think making the customers pay someone else to re-tune the unit specifically for there car, as is being discussed, is fair to the consumer since we did not purchase a unit that was going to be re-tuned costing more money.

I also dont think it is fair to assume everyone should have the m flash since most of us pre ordered our units before there even was an m flash or l flash. I should not be penalized since my dealers are dense and will not reflash for any damn reason tsb or not.

Is there no other dealer near you you can try? The TSB is very explicit...I would try to get Mazda North America involved. The dealer should not be able to get out of this. It really makes no sense, its so freakin' easy for them to do, I wouldn't think it would be worth their trouble to deny you.

Yeah, it's super easy now to get the M.
When was the last time you tried? I believe since last Monday (6/7), the mazda program to get updated to M will show up on all the dealers computers whenever you take your car in.
My dealership had it, I didn't even have to show them the TSB.
