This was for a lot of people to much and I will erease this , still I want to make a point here, but I can see that this one came out of reaction to the way of making CZ down.
I just do not like people talking this way without reflecting what and why they saying and acting without knowing the whole story
. This is for me the reason for a lot of problems in the world.

albert if you were on our boat you'd understand...it's frustrating to say the least, and canzoomer may face some serious problems staying in business once other companies produce a product.

No this is coming from someone who runs a business and deals with people day in and day out. Understandable that the product be shipped late and stuff, but when you say you'll do somethign you do it. Also keep your clients INFORMED on what's going on. That's how to run a business. I'd be very understanding, if someone would just talk to us instead of letting this area be answered by other club memebers and not him.

I asume the problem is that he runs a Buissiness beside his tuning, and maybe he lost a little track of it and is focussing now back.
I agree, that one has to stand up to his promisses unless something serious is in the way.
Then of course one has to comunicate if possible.
I got my tunig and it was defect.
I informed maurice and straight he respondet to every problem I had.
I had only good experience so far.
