I really wish they would just make a way for the AP to do some logging

and

PLEASE NOTE: THIS SOFTWARE IS CURRENTLY A BETA VERSION. The AccessTUNER Race software is intended only for race teams with experience in engine calibration, but that do not need our full Professional software suite designed for dedicated tuning facilities. It is intended to be used to tune ONLY the vehicle(s) you own AccessPORT(s) for. It does NOT provide the capability to flash the ECU directly, an AccessPORT is required to use the map files generated by this software.

If you are NOT familar or comfortable with tuning, this is NOT the tool for you. Please visit one of the well qualified tuners in our AccessTUNER Pro network.

I tried out some datalogging and everthing seems flawless thus far. Yeah its a bit of a hassle toting laptop and plugging it into obd port. hope they incorporate something with the ap to datalog and then be able to upload on our laptops.

I started with the Rev limiter for anti-theft stuff... Cobb never released anti-theft maps for the AT, I'd been asking Dan to make some for me, and he kept saying, they were coming. I HAD NO IDEA THIS IS WHAT HE MEAN'T Really easy to dial it down with my own map.

The next piece I want to tackle is the OMP rates and the differences between the two tables for managing it. Then it's time for AFRs... they look a bit more confusing, but I haven't seen anything yet that I don't feel like I could master with, like you suggest, a little bit of reading, and some well aimed questions to the right people.

Like I would love to know how my 4AT lines up with the gear mixing, ie 1&2, 3&4, 5&6. That's the one piece I'm currently at a loss with.... that and how all my rates go well above the 4AT redline. I was really tempted to start shifting stuff down then reality set in.

I get to meet Jeff this Saturday. Maybe if I'm REALLY nice he'll explain a little bit of it to me.

I'm getting a 404 (not found) error from the URL that got e-mailed to me for the download. Has this been pulled?

I still think it's hilarious that most people that downloaded seem to have no clue how to use it.

I hope no one blows their Renny.

The best way to learn is by doing!

At least one person will pop an engine with this. I just hope it isn't me

I agree with you, but a $4,000 mistake (Or more) is a big price to pay for "learning".
