It is so easy now to look-up things I have questions with. I think I will use some of these for some DYI projects for my new/used '06 R8. THANKS!!!

Just added the Sun Visor Repair DIY to the list.
I haven't kept up w/ this section. I'm sure I've missed some DIY's that have been made.
If you see one that is missing from the list, please let me know so I can update it.

Awesome job FastRX8. Many times people take on a task like this and then drop the project.

Thanks for the great job, fastrx8.

Just changed my air filter and found evidence of a wintertime "visitor" (mouse nest). But no mouse. I guess he must have exited out the intake, I don't believe there's another way out???

Sorry I'm slow on responding.
I appreciate the comments. All I did was organize the section.
If it wasn't for all the great members putting together DIY's, this thread wouldn't be here.

I think a certain Racing Beat gauge pod install DIY should be included in this.

Is that why you don't answer your phone when I call, and why you ignore my txt msgs?

It's listed under "Gauge Pod, Racing Beat" and it's in the G's.

Can't link pictures in this forum, so here's an attachment.

looks like FastRX8's thread got merged into THIS thread
IMO, Fastrx8's thread (now post 11) should be post #1 (or left as it's own sticky thread) as it contains links and does a great job of categorizing the DIY's.

I was looking for his thread earlier to link to someone having issues with his car and it took me quite a while to realize that it's now buried in here.

It's kind of hidden now that the threads were merged.
