The seat emblems are held on by 4 clips, one on each side and two at the bottom!
The first pic shows the side clips after I got them detached.
Just use a flat head screwdriver to push the tabs down.
You'll have to push the seat material back so that your screwdriver doesn't scratch the emblem.
The second pic shows the back of the emblem. Notice that there are no tabs on the bottom of the emblem.
You'll need to use the flat head to push up on the bottom tabs too.

To install the seat emblem, simply do it in the reverse order starting with the bottom.
