Fix in Australia

Just had this happen to me when I put mum in back seat and then dad said where is the seat belt. Spent 10 minutes trying to remove and then thankfully my 86yo mum was a able to shimmy out.
Mazda wanted $240 for a new buckle plus 1/2 labour.
Was easy to fix myself but recommend taking plenty of pics, watch for flying springs, and get someone with a rattlegun to take bolt off. Purchase on the bolt is hard and even with a breaker bar I could not do it.
Cost me nothing, nice guy at tyre place took bolt off for free. Yes that was the correct spelling of tyre and labour!😀
