I'm sure people have lots of interest in fabricating there own parts out of fiber glass, carbon fiber, etc. Last night I was up browsing on this topic and found a couple great resources.

http://www.racingcomposites.net/ - is a forum on fabricating anything out of composites.

I think I'm going to start by making a a cabon finber air iintake, it doesn't look like it'll be to hard. I have worked with fiberglass, and such materials before on boats and windsurfers.

If anyone has any more, articles, links, and advice to share that would be great.
