WOW ! FEED Big Clutch Release FTW !

I just changed my Clutch yesterday (the ACT clutch all worn out), I got a FEED Big Clutch Release (Slave Cylinder) from Japanparts.com sometime last year (yeah I know, it has since collecting dust ...)

Now ... damn the clutch is like, I can press it down with just 1 finger   , Im so NOT used to this feeling ... damn damn damn ...

ppl with heavy clutches, u guys might want to take a look at FEED's Big clutch release. it Really really helps. I know stock clutch + stock pp is lighter than ACT HD, but now with the Big Clutch release I have a *damn much lighter than stock* pedal feeling .... ahh SO not used to this ....

Anyway, FEED Big clutch release FTW !!!

Cool. Thanks for the short write-up. I didn't even know that these were offered. Technically, do you know how this works? Do other companies offer these? Did you do the install yourself?

I dropped my tranny at a shop, and I just told them to use this new Slave cylinder instead of the old one.

This FEED one has a bigger piston in there

after ACT HD PP "Training", stock clutch feels like nothing to me. and with this, wow, it has almost no weight, almost made me think that *did they bleed the line correctly*

I think Fujita Engineering is the only company who offers this.

Probably has a narrower piston in there if I remember my hydraulics :)

Is there any advantage to having a very very light clutch like that?
I drove a friends 08 Civic Si and damn, first time I went for the clutch (using regular pressure) foot went all the way to the floor. I prefer the one in the 8 and the s2k

Less effort required to use the clutch can make for quicker shifts and lessen driver stress esp. with extended driving times, on the Track or Street

I've driven a couple of Skylines with twin and triple clutches where the effort to press the clutch down was teeth-gritting; esp. trickling along in slow traffic ....

Several months of that as a driver would have left me with one leg longer than the other...
