where the headers?
any one know of some after market headers out there that are street legal. prices and stuff performance you know same ol same ol. thanks

although, with the latest cracks and understanding abou the Ecu, Gains from headers and other small mods might actaully make a little more of an impact then 3-4hp

I Recently Bought The Oxb Headers For My 8 , Whenever I Install Them Ill Post How They Work Out. I Have Good Experience With Obx , I Purchased Headers For My K24 Honda And I Could Feel The Power Increase. But A 13b And A K24 Are Totally Different Things .

As you can see the ports are smaller than the stock header. No HP gains there.

A smaller port/pipe can, if properly tuned, vastly increase gas velocity which can in turn create a scavenging effect.
Of course I don't know if this is so in the OBX design. Nobody seems to have created a good header yet based on all the info on this board.

[/IMG] These are a hit or miss, as is the quality. I'm pretty sure that OBX has a couple of monkeys running around MIG welding these and some one goes over the welds with a TIG to clean them up. Anybody thinking about these should just do something useful, like put that amount towards a monthly payment.
