Used to have a 04 lightning yellow 8, previous owner didn't know how to treat a rotary so the dealer bought it bAck and now I have something else, that was almost a year ago and i really want an 8 again, so I'm looking. I've heard two 8's

-automatic with borla cat back
-6spd with greddy sp2 w/ agency midpipe

There both loud but as you can imagine the 6spd is crazy loud, I've tried to search which exhaust has the best performance gains but I couldn't find any numbers just opinions, if anyone could give me numbers than that'd be awesome, but from personal experience, I really want the sp2. With my hopes crushed as my friend tells me greddy doesn't make the sp2 anymore, I'm determined to find it haha

So could anyone point me to a link-URL where I could purchase it?
-or tell me which exhaust dyno's as the best performance gain exhaust

Tru tru the exhAust is discounted I had soldmine for $275 and my 3inch midpipe for $100. just gona have to search around for one. If not just buy the new greedy cat back exhaust which is $700 or so I know the Greedy Sp2 went for $650+ brand new. Options my friend options.

 

Also if all your looking for is a loud exhaust you might consider the full agency power system. From the many youtube videos I have seen it sounds pretty good and is also very loud. Thmotorsports has a thread on here somewhere in the sections up top where they are selling the full header back exhaust for a very reasonable price.

Do not buy an exhaust looking for improvements in HP, you will be looking for a long time.

 

+1 i got the full ap exhaust from thmotorsports for like 640 shipped. i love it. its crazy loud, but my motto is loud pipes save lives. it shoots big foames which i think is awesome. where are you located? if you do decide on the ap, talk to adam from th motorsports. hes great to deal with and shipping was less than a week.

btw as far as hp is concerned you need a mid pipe for any gains. the greddy doesnt come with one but the ap does

 

Thanks guys, I think I forgot to mention the 8 I heard with the sp2 has ap midpipe, that's the setup I wish I could get but if I can't find a sp2 I'll probably get greddy se or b.b cat back

 

Well figure out which sound is the best for you. I know the price of the ap setup makes me want that one, under $700 for exhaust and midpipe and still good quality.
