last night i was in the 140's with a TT stuck to my ****! then the bloody thing under took me!

it a far from standard TT i should add!

On Monday on the way back from lunch I did 236km/h (146mph) at 6000 rpm's in 6th had to let off because of traffic

Damn, Jedi...you beat me to the Back to the Future line....oh well my flux capacitor never works anyway. The plutonium I got wasn't weapons grade so it screwed everything up.


I have been near 130mph in an RX-8 (not mine), but it was on a race track. I don't think my RX-8 has topped 85mph.

Well I live in Germany and there are cops but there never on that part of the autobahn at lunch time so I do speeds like that everyday as long as traffic isn't bad.

My RX-8 192 hp 5 MT did 229 km/h(142 mph) on the German Autobahn..
There was pretty rough wind towards me so I guess a few more is within reach..

yeah, apparently flux capacitators work alot better w/ rotary engines... thats what the doctor told me anyway...

My last car,a BMW M3 -94 Euro with Hamann tuning could do 178 mph...
125 mph in 3 rd gear at 8600-8700 rpm...

And yeah.. I have tested it.

yea these cars have potential to do at least 150, dependin on where ur rx8 is from america, europe, australia, might vary a bit from country to country......but dependin on road conditions as well......n anyone who says they cant do over 120-130 i believe has the its either 4AT or 5AT (notsure) which i believe has a built in governor......now the 8's with the 6MT, dont have a governor only a fuel cut.

My 04 R1 redlines at 104 in First gear.......It has 6 gears! 192 on the freeway. it blows the doors off my 8!!!!

My GSXR is the same with the gearing, I found out by accident about the 104mph in 1st. My cut out was when I hit 14,000rpm in 6th at 208.
