Supercharger, I am sure good job
Cold Air Intake,?? it could if it sucks in water or birds or causes a problem with your car probably wouldn't void the warranty on say your stereo or brakes
Exhaust?? it could if it melts your bumper or catches the car on fire probably won't void the warranty on say the tires or front seats
Chip??chips are bad. especially if your intake sucks them in to the engine

Basically, according to the warranty act, the dealership would have to prove that whatever failed was a DIRECT cause of the modification you made in order to void your warranty.

US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312:
Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)).
