What muffler/resonator to use for custom exhaust

Hi, i m thinking of making my own exhaust. I want to know what's a good muffler to use. I don't want to car to be too loud.

Right now, I have a catless resonated mid-pipe with stock exhaust. My idea is to still have two tips, from a bmw 335. One side will have a valve in there with just pipe in front of it. The other side will have a muffler/resonator. In normal driving, the exhaust gas will only flow through the side with muffler.

thx for the help.

Anyone can have some input for a good custom muffler?? Something that's not too loud and wouldn't break in two months???
