Does anyone know how heavy the Racing Beat Exhaust is? I have been trying to find out - trying to compare to stock (also I have been trying to compile weights for the exhaust thread). More than just for the thread, I am considering it for myself and want to know how heavy it is.

 

Can't remember, but there is a weight thread for all OEM and then some aftermarket parts.
Do a search and you'll probably find it. Actually..............look at the bottom of this page now. It's not the one I was thinking of, but will get you started.

 

dont remember exactly, but if you're talking about their dual setup, it's heavier than stock (or so ive heard)

 

Yes, that is what I remember as well, but not sure by how much.

 

Racing beat RACE exhaust:

Racing Beat Race Muffler (17.5 lbs) + Connecting-pipe (8 lbs) = 25.5 lbs *


For the Racing Beat REV8 Exhaust system,

A blog quotes 49 lbs for the exhaust system.**

Fluid motorsports (a forum vendor) quotes 55lbs shipping weight on their website.

So you might want to PM Fluid for the actual parts weight....


Note that the stock exhaust is around 39 lbs.
