Two quick Revi intake questions

Bought a used intake and ram air duct i'm installing right now. I don';t have any instructions and I'm curious what others have done...

1) The VFAD is removed, but what about that sensor at the VFAD solenoid valve? just leave it unplugged and tape it over? All the vacuum tubing...is it removed and capped at the throttle body?

2) The Intake and the Duct dont connect properly. Is there some sort of seal I didnt get second hand that connects them? Chop up the VFAD?

Thanks for the help!

Yes, leave it unplugged and secure it with a zip-tie so that it doesn't get snagged in anything.

Yes. The intake should have come with a red cap that is used to plug the nipple on the throttle body. If you don't have that, just use any plastic cap that stays on snugly.

The duct originally came with a weatherstrip-like rubber or foam seal that is used on the duct side and mounts around the opening in the crash bar... the duct presses against it so that it is more or less airtight. If you don't have that seal, use something from the Home Depot for the same purpose.
