Turboxs midpipe question.

Is the TurboXS midpipe a direct bolt on to the stock exhaust?

Thanks!

No, it only fits the turbo XS catback. You could have an exhaust shop modify it and/or the catback so they work togeather.

I have been using the Racing beat catbcack and the RP supercat but I bought the turbo XS midpipe for using at the track. I am going to have an exhaust shop modify the RP midpipe and my catback so I can use the turbo XS mid and switch the mid pipes back and forth as needed. No sure how difficult it will be and how it will turn out but for the price of the turbo XS mid pipe I figured it was worth a try. If it works I will have a true full 3" exhaust kit instead of it being reduced at the flanges.

damn...I just bought this thing thinking I could bolt it on just like you can bolt on the RP mid-pipe to the stock exhuast. I know it bolts right up to the header but why no the other end? This sucks....I was hoping to put it on this weekend when I get it friday. So would I have to get it welded or something?

the turboxs piping is all 3" ID. Most other exhausts are 2.5" or 3" OD, so most catbacks will have an exhaust leak hooked up to it.
