A V-mount has to do with the radiator and intercooler. Most times, the intercooler is in front of the radiator, so the radiator gets air already heated by the intercooler. In a V-mount, the radiator is at the bottom, and the intercooler is at the top, and they "V" together. This way both heat exchangers get fresh air.
Really has nothing to do with the turbo itself. Dale |
