Thumbs up Trussville Mazda

Ok, just had to give even more kudos to Trussville Mazda's parts dept. Not only do they have the new accessories for the RX-8 but they had my order processed and on a UPS truck two hours after I had placed my order. Since I'm in Georgia I had my MP3 player and strakes sitting on my doorstep the next day! I only paid ground shipping, didn't even have to pay for overnight shipping. I wish all online purchases were so easy and fast.

They've been highly touted on these forums and this is just yet another vote for most recommended.

I've delt with Brian and Marshall over at Trussville and both have given great customer service. Mazdatrix is now also stocking RX-8 parts and they too have great customer service. Either way you go you're going to be treated right.

Where is Trussville Mazda located? They really have built up quite a reputation. Any mention of them has been great.

Just used them for the first time. Great customer service.

They certainly have my future business, even though I have to pay sales tax.

I want to agree that the customer service that my wife received from Trussville has been EXCELLENT! I found out about all of this after the fact, but my wife tried to place an order on their website to surprise me for our anniversary, but the order portion of the website kept giving her errors. She then called Brian, who then informed her that they had been reorganizing the parts on the website so they are easier to locate, and he took the order over the phone. That was yesterday. We live in Memphis, TN, and the UPS guy showed up at our door at 12:30 PM TODAY!!!:D It took us about an hour to install the Alarm Shock Sensor Upgrade, the Moonroof Wind Deflector, and the Rear Door Trim Deflectors. When I decide to get the MP3 Player, I will DEFINITELY order from them!

BTW, my wife called our local dealer first, and they had NO parts for the 8, nor did they have a clue when they would be coming in...

I don't understand this. My dealer has no parts either, and are clueless as to when they will have them. Why would Trussville Mazda (another dealership) have parts (and for quite some time now), and others do not?

Just something else to give me that "not so comfy" feeling about my dealership.

Yall have to understand that there are way too many dealerships for Mazda to keep us all in the loop. Hell, we still havent gotten any parts for the RX-8 yet and we're the biggest Mazda dealership in the state. I'm waiting on them too, so don't get too mad. I want to put a renesis in my FB!!!

Great Service

I too have had nothing but great experiences with trussville. They were the first to have everything I wanted including the Polished Aluminum Wheels.:D

Trussville is GREAT! Call Brian -- he will take great care of you. Except for selling the last polished wheels in the US to Boowana HOURS before I called -- they have delivered everything perfect for me :D

May have gotten my local parts manager fired though Local dealership kept saying "no parts available to order yet" "checked with Mazda -- no way to order". Well when I brought my strakes in to show the dealer and asked why I had to call another dealership to order them -- needless to say he was not too happy with the parts dept. and I got a call the next day that I could order any other parts I needed from them immediately -- Sorry I will go with Trussville again.

Trussville Mazda is a pretty decent place, they were the only dealership I would trust with my FD when I had it. I really like their parts department.

I went and drove an RX-8 GT there yesterday, just waiting on my favorite color and I'll be buying one from them. I guess at some point I'll have to break down and actually order the thing...

someone edited my post out!!

I can't believe this! My very first post on this forum was about how shitty Trussville Mazda is and someone <mod> deleted my post! I was trying to explain my situation and shed some light on a few shady things they do at Trussville. Apparently the powers that be <probably someone from Trussville> didn't want my negative view of their business practices voiced for others to hear. This is a shame. I'm disgusted at this whole situation. In summary: While their parts department may offer good pricing and good delivery times, the dealership as a whole is unbelievably off-putting. Supporting their parts department supports the "sanitary napkins" who are constantly trying to break it off in little people like me. I can't stress enough how evil and uncaring this company is.

If a mod deleted your post, you would have gotten a PM with a reason, and a warning if appropriate.

The database is having problems, so if you didn't get a notice, then the database dropped your post.

I gave my dealer a chance to provide comparable pricing to Trussville on accessories and they couldn't/wouldn't. I was actually surprised they would not offer ANY discount on the list price.

So Trussville quickly shipped me the front mask, strakes and wheel centers same day I ordered online. Will be ordering the car cover from them later. Fast and significant discounts - What more do you need?

What more do I need? I need a dealership who won't TELL me to pay for the vandalism damage done to my Mazdaspeed protege while it's being serviced at their shop on their property. I need a dealership who won't sit on my car for 3 months without ordering any parts. I need a dealership who will give me a damn loaner car! Thats what I want. Anymore brain busters?
