Question Titanium Exhaust Tips - 3"

Before i get the ricer flame fest.. i just wanted to say that my purchase is quasi justified. I have the TurboXS exhaust, with the tips of death... and quickly had them replaced with longer tips that extend to the end of the car. These are just a temporary solution as they are pretty damn ugly.

So does anyone know where to get 3" Titanium Exhaust Tips? They can open up to 4" or even 4.5" but the opening on the backside needs to be 3" so it can match up with the OEM pipe.

Thanks In Advance

Different situation, same request.

With my intake and high-flow I already have the sound I want (i.e. not too obnoxious), but once I get my kit on I'm going to need larger tips to even out the back.

I've looked high & low without finding anything, one reason is Ti can only be welded to Ti, you'll need to rivet or screw them on to anything else

large diameter Ti tube is also extremely rare/expensive, obviously it's out there somewhere, just not in large quantities ...

if you want something like a polished 3" 45 deg angle cut stainless weld-on end piece that's something I can help you with

Isn't the Agency Power Stainless with Titanium tips? Aren't they welded? Maybe I'm wrong.

welding titanium to steel is hard, but on ebay you see a lot of poser stainless steel exhaust with burnt "titanium" tips. Those things to for like 20 bucks as well. I'll try contacting one of the manufacturers to see if theyre interested in just selling the tips.

Mark,
got any pics of this angle cut tip?

It is not true tube, it is a sheet rolled and riveted.

I want to do the same thing down the line, and I was thinking a shop can weld these on... http://www.cardomain.com/item/APC156075R

But they are $52 for ONE tip.

I know the inlet diameter is 2.5", but the shop could cut it at the point where it transitions to 3.5" and weld it on there...
