Tanabe Strut Bar for RX-8

Hey, this is the first time I've seen one. Has anyone installed this yet? Impressions? What's Tanabe's general reputation when it comes to suspension parts?

ugh, please dont tell me you don't know who tanabe is.

they are one of the most respected and one of THE largest suspension and handling performance companies in japan, they make EXCELLENT exhausts too.

quite a few members have thier SUSTEC sways.

Tanabe is definitely legit. I've never seen their strut braces advertised anywhere for the 8, though.

I know Tanabe, since I bought their sway bars over other brands. I just don't know what most members here think of them. I've seen posts here praising Tanabe as one of the top brands out there, but not so many preach it as much as say, Racing Beat or Greddy.

I saw an online store for RX-7 parts that sells a few RX-8 parts and this Tanabe strut bar was there. I lost that site's URL though

greddy's stuff is mass produced in china for the most part, they are really a bad company though not all of their products or bad(some of their electronics are pretty good and their exhausts generally are OK) but i would stay away from most of them.

racing beat is a very conservative brand and are very well respected because they are one of the few very popular notable rx tuners in america that manufacture. they really arent that much better than other companies, in terms of product and its usually quite expensive as well. thats another story though

i'll tell you this, tanabe's quality is much better than both greddy and racing beat, how do i know? i have direct experience with all all of those companies and have their products on my car in some way or another.
