Question Straight pipe ?

Soo i read a bit but i want to know who has tried to take the muffler out and just have a straight pipe back and out. what happened? Size tips? Size piping? things that could happen? i heard it can put ur car in limp mode or soo anyone that has tried this and has information can u help me out?

works fine, just use 4 inch pvc.

i run a straight pipe on mine and it so quiet every time i start my car it put my kids to sleep~
I 10000% recommend this mod~!

wtf? "straight pipe" means takin the cat out (midpipe) not the mufflers (exhause)... great post renesis

no i will not put your car into limp mode, and you will throw a CEL, and takin out you muffler does not mean you have a straight pipe

my straight pipe is pretty quite at start up, then it gets loud and raspy around 4k rpms
