I'm wondering if anybody has tried this combination and what were their results?

Also, what is the deal with the SR Motor's intake box and the 2 screens before the MAF?

The advantaged being the SR Motors sealed intake box, combined with a ram air duct. Though how high flowing the air filter is, comes into question.

The SR Motorsports ram air intake box does not have duct, so appears it would be more efficient with a ram air duct getting cooler air from the front and into it's sealed box.





Possible ram air intake duct.




Possible alternative ducts would be Odula or Re-Amemiya air intake ducts.

 

I can imagine the Racing Beat duct would sell more if it had an adapter for the stock box.

This way it would allow for using with other intakes. In order to match up the duct with the SR a person would have to fabricate an adapter to bridge the gap between the duct and the box. Otherwise it is only able to redirect air up there without adding pressure.

 

You can always try, I would use the RE duct that thing looks straight bad ***
