i have in my shed a rotary performance mid pipe with high flow cat and it came with no gaskets or bolts is that how they ship out the piece or did they forget to ship them?

 

Yeah thats how they ship them, but they have the gasket kit on their site for about 30 dollars if you don't want to reuse the old ones if thats even possible (I don't know, someone else could answer that one).

its right below the midpipe itself, no pictures but it comes with new bolts and a gasket that goes in between the headers and the cat pipe

 

you could re-use the same ones if this is the first time you've messed with the gaskets on that pipe. I re-used the same ones for some 5-8 exhaust removals and had no leaks.
