RC engineering fuel injector findings
Just got my injectors back from the above.
i have 52K on these babys. here are the findings yellows before cleaning--cc's/min flow patter 1-- 403 dripping 2 - 416 good 3 - 413 good 4 - 409 good after cleaning 1 - 419 excellent 2 - 421 excellent 3 - 420 excellent 4 - 420 excellent reds before cleaning 1 - 331 good 2 - 317 poor after cleaning 1- 336 excellent 2 -334 excellent thoughts? olddragger |

Nope--not installed yet--a fresher engine is going in --about 1 1/2 to 2 wks out--injectors, wide band(Innovate), Ignition solution and the double resonated midpipe will all be added to my package.

thoughts? Ongoing use of a great fuel cleaner lube (FP Plus) might have prevented this need.
It is a lot easier and cheaper to keep these injectors lubed and clean all the time rather than to have to pull them and have them professionally cleaned/flushed at some point. |
curious - how much does this service cost?
