im looking at an sr motor sport pulleys and didnt know if i should get the regular pulley kit or the wide grip pulley kit? any one know the diff and what would be better?

 

I would suggest checking how much wider belts would be. Might I also suggest looking at an agency power underdrive pulley? Its only the crank pulley so it's much cheaper but its also lighter and all these pulleys "free up" about the same amount of horsepower.

 

I have had the SRs for about 4 years maybe, probably longer and love them. The Wide Belt would probably make more sense since there is more to grip and less likely to slip. I hate it when I spend good money and they come out with something that looks even more compelling You should ask SRMotorsports for the final say if your destined to buy through them. I cant imagine the belts being too much more than the regulars and they do sell replacements since some Dealerships scratch their heads when its time to replace one, not knowing if the size is different than stock. SR is very good at emailing back on questions and could give you the prices of the wide belts too.
