Performance chips?

Performance chips?
I'm looking for a cheap under 300$ chip to install on the ecu...I searched around on multiple websites and they all sell the same chips.

That link will bring up the three I found so far. I know nothing of the subject and was wondering if they even help and if they do which one should I choose.(If you know of other chips under 300$ please share). As far as my goals go for my 8; I want to squeeze every bit of power from it using only basic/cheap mods (hence the chip).

I will tell you one thing though: your plan of increasing power by using basic / cheap mods is destined for failure.
fast, reliable, cheap.
Pick two, any two, but you can't have all 3.
