Well if you dig through the forums a bit, you'll notice that you won't find much that'll give you alot of power. I assume "no exhaust" because of sound? A midpipe/high flow cat will be one of the biggest bolt on gainers, but it'll be quite noticeably louder. A lightened flywheel will improve low speed response, but labor will be expensive. There's a thread on a 4.78 final drive in this forum, again expensive labor. Intakes increase noise some, and don't gain much. All in all your not going to get a ton of performance increase without serious $, or FI/nitrous. There are no "power programmers" as of yet, but rumors abound. Take a look around and read up a bit. And beware those who follow that'll yell about searching and what-not .

So far the most hp for the money is the hi-flow cat unit (See Turbo XS or RP Supercat) & the air intake unit (See Racing Beat Revi w/ram air duct or AEM). Still not huge hp improvements. Some use the Canzoomer piggyback ECU, but you have to be able to tune it. And some people have had some marginal effects with it (ECU adapting over time). Nitrous has been used on this car if that's a route you want to explore.

best bang for the money would be a final drive mod. Intake don't do sh*t, Exhaust is for looks, catless mid pipe give you a little bit and is not that much louder with the stock muffler. The other way to increase performance is to lower the weight of the vehicle.

Dynoes have shown that you are wrong. Not from vendors either, these were done by posters on this board.

As for the final drive, or a lightweight aluminum flywheel, while they will give you more improvements they are a pain to install, and installation can be big $$$, not to mention for the FD mod they will hurt an already marginal mpg, and will rev even higher on a cruising car (which already annoys me as the revs in 6th are already too high at cruising (75 mph) speed.

Take a look at this thread :

For anyone who thinks the flywheel/clutch swap is a pain or tough to do, ask "rxeighter" how difficult it was when he and I did it on our backs with hand tools and minimal lighting last March. I'll charge anybody within a 100 mile radius of Detroit only a couple hundred dollars and I'll do it at their house with my tools and a little bit of their help. Only takes a few hours.
