I have a local with K&N that we are going to test it on. I'll let you know what we find.

That makes my life simple.
BHR will sell the item as it is.
The only options are colors and finishes on the lid. And the color of the LED's.

I can appreciate all the input on how to better a product. And maybe someday we will make some changes.
Maybe someday we'll offer just a little piece of aluminum to replace the airbox under tray. No sides, no lid. We've considered that a while ago.
Till then,,,,
I've been looking for a metal undertray for a long time, so when I saw this I thought - gimme just the bottom part!

That has no reflection on how the marketed airbox looks. I just though I'd ask for the part I've been looking for. I can delete my previous posts on the topic if you'd like.

It's OK. As I said I looked into that option. And maybe we will offer it too. Just for you.

Saw this thing at sevenstock. It is super clean, just like how Easy does it! I always disliked the emptiness of the engine bay due to the AEM intake, this thing cleans it up nicely!

I've posted various pics of the tray on blackhaloracing.com in the news section. Feel free to check them out!

like mysql, i've been looking for an undertray as well. i like the open look with the ms/aem, but the stock plastic undertray is just ugly.

i like the way your box looks though. i'm considering it.

I would suggest that you get the plain aluminum and have it powdered coated yourself. It would more than likely be less expensive for you. You could have it anodized too.

Don't look like powder to me. Looks more like some of that face cream I gave you a week ago.
