Need help quick! VFAD sensor

Im in the process of installing my MS CAI.

I have taken all of the VFAD components out, what should I do with the sensor?

Plug it back into the harness on the car and zip tie it up somewhere?

Also, it is ok if I took the hose from the VFAD silinoid off the intake manifold near the throttle body and capped it right?

Any performance difference?

Zip-tie the harness off to the side.

That is what you should have done. No part of the VFAD assembly should be left in the car and that nipple on the intake manifold should be capped.

I would keep the sock on. No real performance difference.
It'll just keep the filter from getter contaminated and it helps with LITTLE water droplets (so don't directly spray the filter with water).
